Shipping information
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, so larger (heavier) orders offer better value for money.
- All orders will be carefully packed.
- I cannot be held responsible for lost, broken, or damaged packages after shipment. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery or return the unopened package to me for a full refund.
- Defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
- All packages are sent with TRACKING.
- I cannot be liable for delivery to the wrong address due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

I am not liable for refunds if an order has been marked as ‘delivered’ in the tracking information.

I am not responsible for shipping errors, but I will investigate any ‘lost’ orders. If an item is returned to me by the courier due to being ‘undelivered’ or ‘undeliverable,’ the order can be resent at the customer’s expense.

Returns are not accepted for new and factory-sealed records once opened by the buyer. We do not refund for new factory-sealed records after the seal is broken by the buyer, as they cannot be sold again as new, and we cannot return them to the record companies or distributors for credits or refunds.

Secondhand items are carefully graded, and most are played before listing. Therefore, returns and refunds on secondhand albums are not accepted
